How to delete it

Open Stæw → Settings → Delete my account, or use the form below. Either way the deletion is immediate.

What is deleted

Your account: your name, e-mail address, password hash, language, settings, when you last signed in, the API tokens you made and your sign-in on every device.
If you delete your whole household (or you are its only member): everything in it, meaning places, products and units, the shopping list, recipes and projects, the people you lend to or borrow from, purchase and warranty details, attached documents and photos, all history, the household's plan and its history, the household's purchase records (the Google Play purchase token, product, state, expiry, order number and what is kept of Google's answer), and the account of everyone in it.
A Google Play subscription is not cancelled by deleting an account or a household: if your household pays for a plan through Google Play, cancel it in Google Play.

What is kept, and for how long

If other people stay in the household, the household's shared records stay with them. Things you added or changed remain, but your name is removed from them.
The household's name stays with them too, as it is. The only exception is the name the household got automatically when you created your account, "<your name>'s household": if it still has that automatic name, it becomes "Household". If the household was renamed, or your name was changed since, it keeps the name it has. An owner can rename the household at any time.
If you bought the household's Google Play subscription and others stay, the purchase record (the purchase token, product, state, expiry and order number, and an account number derived from the household) stays with the household, with your name removed from it, until the household is deleted.
An invitation another household sent to your address stays with that household until it is used, revoked or has expired (at most 15 days after it was last sent), and is then deleted. Invitations your own household sent to your address are deleted with your account.
Counts of failed sign-ins and of code and invitation requests are deleted within two days.
The identifiers of Google Play's notifications about renewals, cancellations and refunds are deleted within 8 days.
Google keeps its own payment records of a subscription, under its own policy. Stæw cannot delete them.
The web server's access logs (IP address, time, the page requested) and the server's request log (the address requested, with ids, and the result) are kept in size-limited log rotation on the server, so how long depends on traffic.
Cloudflare, the network in front of the server, keeps its own logs of the traffic under its own policy.
Stæw has no advertising, analytics or tracking data to delete.

Kako ga izbrisati

Odprite Stæw → Nastavitve → Izbriši moj račun ali uporabite spodnji obrazec. V obeh primerih se račun izbriše takoj.

Kaj se izbriše

Vaš račun: ime, e-poštni naslov, zgoščena vrednost gesla, jezik, nastavitve, čas zadnje prijave, žetoni API, ki ste jih ustvarili, in prijava na vseh napravah.
Če izbrišete celotno gospodinjstvo (ali ste njegov edini član): vse v njem, torej prostori, izdelki in kosi, nakupovalni seznam, recepti in projekti, osebe, ki jim posojate ali od njih izposojate, podatki o nakupu in garanciji, priloženi dokumenti in fotografije, vsa zgodovina, paket gospodinjstva in njegova zgodovina, zapisi o nakupih gospodinjstva (žeton nakupa v Googlu Play, izdelek, stanje, datum izteka, številka naročila in kar se hrani od Googlovega odgovora) ter računi vseh, ki so v njem.
Izbris računa ali gospodinjstva ne prekliče naročnine v Googlu Play: če vaše gospodinjstvo paket plačuje prek Googla Play, ga prekličite v Googlu Play.

Kaj se ohrani in kako dolgo

Če v gospodinjstvu ostanejo drugi člani, skupni zapisi gospodinjstva ostanejo njim. Stvari, ki ste jih dodali ali spremenili, ostanejo, vendar brez vašega imena.
Tudi ime gospodinjstva ostane njim, kakršno je. Edina izjema je ime, ki ga je gospodinjstvo samodejno dobilo, ko ste ustvarili račun, »<vaše ime>'s household«: če to samodejno ime še nosi, se spremeni v »Household«. Če je bilo gospodinjstvo preimenovano ali je bilo vaše ime medtem spremenjeno, obdrži svoje ime. Lastnik lahko gospodinjstvo kadar koli preimenuje.
Če ste naročnino gospodinjstva v Googlu Play kupili vi in drugi ostanejo, zapis o nakupu (žeton nakupa, izdelek, stanje, datum izteka in številka naročila ter številka računa, izpeljana iz gospodinjstva) ostane gospodinjstvu, brez vašega imena, dokler gospodinjstvo ni izbrisano.
Povabilo, ki ga je na vaš naslov poslalo drugo gospodinjstvo, ostane temu gospodinjstvu, dokler ni uporabljeno, preklicano ali ne poteče (najpozneje 15 dni po zadnjem pošiljanju), nato se izbriše. Povabila, ki jih je na vaš naslov poslalo vaše gospodinjstvo, se izbrišejo skupaj z računom.
Števci neuspešnih prijav ter zahtev za kode in povabila se izbrišejo v dveh dneh.
Identifikatorji obvestil Googla Play o podaljšanjih, odpovedih in vračilih se izbrišejo v 8 dneh.
Google hrani svoje evidence plačil za naročnino po svojih pravilih. Stæw jih ne more izbrisati.
Dnevniki dostopa spletnega strežnika (IP-naslov, čas, zahtevana stran) in dnevnik zahtev strežnika (zahtevani naslov z identifikatorji in izid) se hranijo v dnevnikih, ki se na strežniku izmenjujejo po velikosti, zato je čas hrambe odvisen od prometa.
Cloudflare, omrežje pred strežnikom, o prometu vodi svoje dnevnike po svojih pravilih.
Stæw nima oglaševalskih, analitičnih ali sledilnih podatkov, ki bi jih bilo treba izbrisati.
